1. Digital Product Refund Policy
Important: Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once eBooks or digital bundles have been downloaded. However, exceptions apply in specific circumstances outlined below.
1.1 Eligible Refund Requests
- Technical Issues: If you're unable to download or access your purchased eBook(s) within 72 hours of purchase
- Wrong Purchase: Accidental duplicate purchases made within 2 hours
- Misrepresented Content: If the product description was significantly inaccurate
- Unauthorized Purchase: Fraudulent transactions on your account
1.2 Refund Timeframes
- Standard eBooks: 14-day refund window from purchase date
- Bundles/Courses: 30-day refund window from purchase date

1.3 Non-Refundable Items
- Downloaded eBooks that are functioning as described
- Custom or personalized digital products

3. Subscription Cancellations
